THE VISUAL POET
You understand that light behaves differently in every room. You are comfortable directing people but also disappearing into the shadows to capture the raw, unscripted moments. You see composition before you even lift the camera.
- 5+ years of professional wedding/event photography experience.
- Mastery of natural light and advanced off-camera flash techniques.
- Proficiency in Lightroom/Classic CC for consistent color grading.
- Ability to work long hours and maintain energy throughout an event.
- A portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, not just pretty pictures.
THE NARRATIVE WEAVER
You know how to build tension and release it. You treat sound design with as much importance as the visual image. You can take 10 hours of footage and distill it into 4 minutes of pure emotion that makes the viewer cry.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of rhythm, pacing, and music licensing.
- Experience with color grading and audio mixing/mastering.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining artistic integrity.
- Must provide a showreel demonstrating narrative capability.
