Waitlist submissions are stored in our secured database hosted on our server. Contact form enquiries are not stored on our server — they are transmitted directly to us via WhatsApp by you. We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as it is necessary for business operations, and for a minimum period as may be required under applicable Indian law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.
