3. Enquiries and the Waitlist

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or joining our waitlist does not constitute a booking or reservation of any kind. A booking is only confirmed when a written booking contract has been signed and the agreed advance payment has been received. Until then, we reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry at our sole discretion.

Information you provide in the waitlist questionnaire is used to help us understand your event and determine whether we are the right fit. Submitting the waitlist form creates no binding obligation on either party.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, creative works, written content, brand elements, and other materials published on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Minchu by Sujay and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright law.
